What's New
- The Flow Graphical Designer comes with a new look and feel and additional options.
- A new Live Chat provider, Clarabridge is now available in Druid, which allows you to integrate Clarabridge, Sunrise by Zendesk and Druid chatbots to automate the customer service. This integration enables helpdesk teams to easily track and resolve clients support tickets, focus on their individual tasks and streamline the customer service for customers using WhatsApp as a communication channel.

Improvements
- Improved error logging for TransferHelpdeskCall and ConnectToHelpdeskAgent internal actions. The reason for false value in @InternalActionResult is now visible in Conversation History (in lens details).
